As part of reality check I need to make it in-line with real world, so I know how much knowledge I'm lacking. I just need to position my foot properly in the employment world and the rest (experience) will take me to be the best HVAC engineer. My request is: Can you please give me a set of task that you would normally expect to be accomplished by someone with mechanical background working in your firm, say to a level above a fresh graduate.
